On May 18, delegates from Taiwan’s National Taipei University College of Law made a courtesy visit to Chuo University’s Tama Campus. Delegates included Dean and Professor Frederick Chao-Chun Lin, Professor Wun-Yu Chang, Professor I-Ching Tu, Associate Professor Ming-En Hsiang, and Director of Education Division at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in Japan Shih-Ying Lin.

The delegates from NTU were welcomed by Chuo’s Vice President and Director of International Center Chikako Takeishi, Dean of Law Faculty Yasuyo Nakajima, Dean of Graduate School of Law Makoto Arai, and Professor of Law Shoichi Ogano. The members toured around the campus after the friendly meeting.

NTU, similarly to Chuo, have boasted its reputation of its high ranking in number of students who pass the national bar exam. Both universities engaged in positive discussions with each other over further relationship building in areas such as education and research focusing on the graduate and undergraduate law programs.
