Yamashita receives science award
Makoto Yamashita, Professor of the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Chuo University, received the Expert Committee and Review Committee Award by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.
This award is presented to the expert committee of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science who have passed the documentation review with outstanding results. There were 114 people who were chosen for this award out of 600 members in the 2014 academic year.
In celebration of this event, Chuo’s Vice President Kato and Faculty of Science and Engineering Dean Ishii presented a plaque and award to Professor Yamashita.
