UWA visits Chuo
Deputy Vice-Chancellor Kent Anderson of the University of Western Australia (UWA) Community and Engagement visited Chuo University’s Korakuen campus on June 10, 2015.
Professor Anderson was welcomed by Chuo’s Vice President Toshikazu Kato, Dean of Science and Engineering Yasushi Ishii, and Professors Kazuo Kashiyama and Hiroshi Shirai of the Faculty of Science and Engineering.
After Professor Anderson shared with the group on UWA’s focus and also about its location in Perth, there was a discussion on specific topics including English programs and exchange programs targeted for Chuo’s science and engineering students, and partnership research projects. We look forward to having more talks in the near future.
