The World University Cheerdance Championship was held in Florida’s Disney World from January 16 to 18, 2015. Chuo University’s cheering squad, the Garnet Girls, sweeped first prize in the Pom section, and they came home with a gold medal.

The teams participating in the WUCC Pom section are the best in their country, and we had 6 teams competing in the finals. We are honored to be able to join the world-class competition, and very excited that we won the grand prize. We wish to thank everyone who has given us the support that helped us achieve this goal.
