The 2014 Entrance Ceremony for freshmen marking the beginning of the new academic year was held on April 2 for the Faculties and Graduate Schools of Law, Economics, Commerce, Letters, Policy Sciences, and Correspondence Division (Faculty of Law), Public Policy at Tama Campus, and on April 3 for the Faculty and Graduate School of Science and Engineering at Korakuen Campus.
