On the 24^th and 25^th of November 2012, the 15^th Gathering of University Students was held by the Japan Public Choice Society on the Igarashi Campus of Niigata University. The prize for Excellence of 3^rd -Year Students was won by the following two teams which participated from the Faculty of Policy Studies, Chuo University.
