On May 25, the Japan Fencing Association announced the four members of the men's foil fencing team who will represent Japan at the London Olympics. Kenta Chida (2009 Graduate from the Faculty of Letters /Nexus) was one of those selected.

Mr. Chida will be representing Japan at his second successive Olympics after being a part of the last team that participated in Beijing.

London Olympic Contest Schedule: The men's foil fencing is scheduled for July 31 and the men's foil fencing team contest will take place on August 5. (These are both local times. The time difference with Japan is -8 hours).
