Volunteer Activities Conducted in Oshima, Kesennuma City

Last year, volunteer activities took place during the summer holidays. Following on from this, volunteer activities were conducted in the Oshima District of Kesennuma City in Miyagi Prefecture during April 30 to May 3. This was organized by Mr. Koki Asano. (1975 Graduate from the Faculty of Law. He is a member of the Nanko Club* and is also the Chief Priest at Shingyo Temple which belongs to the Jodo Shinshu-Honganji school of Buddhism.) *The Chuo University Nanko Club is one of the leading organizations on campus. This club, as a friendship organization of the Chuo University alumni promotes mutual exchanges between members who are now active in the business world.
