Winter volunteer activities
The Student Affairs Section arranged for student volunteers to work in the Oshima area of Kesennuma, which was hit by the tsunami on March 11 2011, during the summer vacation. During this winter vacation, more students went there to help. The students divided into two groups, with one group working in the downtown area and the other working in the Omose area. The students worked as hard as possible to help the community during the cold weather.
