Rugby team member Kazushi Hano (1st year student in the Faculty of Law) played in the Asian Rugby Junior Championship

Kazushi Hano (1st year student in the Faculty of Law), a member of the Rugby Team, Association of Student Clubs Physical Education League, Chuo University, was selected as a member of the U20 Japanese National Team. As a member of the National Team, Hano played in the Asian Rugby Junior Championship which was held from August 22nd to 28th in Bangkok, Thailand.

Teams from 8 countries participated in the Asian Rugby Junior Championships, competing for the right to participate in the IRB Junior World Rugby Trophy which will be held next year. The U20 Japanese National Team won the championships and gained the right to participate in the upcoming tournament.
Hano played every minute of every game during the championships. He contributed to Japan's victory by completing a total of 6 tries throughout the games. He was also selected as the MVP of the U20 Japanese National Team during the competition in Thailand.
