3 Members from the Track Team Selected to Represent Japan at the 13th IAAF World Junior Championships in Atheletics.

The following three students from the track team of Chuo University, have been selected to represent Japan at the 13th IAAF World Junior Championships in Athletics to be held in Moncton, Canada on July 19 - 25.

Also, the track team coach, Tadashi Oguri (Chuo University staff member) has been confirmed to accompany the Japanese team as coach.

We hope for all of your support for the athletes.

Ryo Onabuta 1st Year, Faculty of Law. Men's 100m
Shota Iizuka 1st year, Faculty of Law. Men's 200m
Jun Kimura 1st year, Faculty of Law. Men's 200m

I think it is a great honor to have three students from our university selected to the team.

I am proud to represent Japan and intend to provide the utmost preparations to enable them to achieve the best results possible.

I also hope that they will grow even more through this experience on the world stage.
