Chuo Graduate Kuniko Obinata wins Bronze at the Vancouver Winter Paralympics

At the Vancouver Paralympics, Chuo graduate Kuniko Obinata has won the bronze medal in the alpine skiing women's slalom sitting event.
This is Obinata's 5th straight Games since competing in Lillehammer in 1994, and she now has an impressive total of 9 medals.
She is scheduled to compete in a further 4 events at these games and we hope she will add to her medal tally.

Her efforts at the last Games in Turin are introduced in the campus magazine (Hakumon Chuo 2006 Summer Edition). Please take a look.
