Waseda University and NTT conclude an agreement for Comprehensive Academic-Industrial Collaboration

On January 28th, Waseda University and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Mr. Satoshi Miura, hereinafter referred to as "NTT") agreed to establish a renewed collaborative relationship in information and telecommunication fields focusing on technologies for information and telecommunication platform including basic/device technologies and information security technologies and concluded an agreement for Comprehensive Academic-Industrial Collaboration.

Waseda University and NTT have long been engaged in collaborative activities including joint researches, joint experiments and personnel exchange projects in network building and controlling technologies, network services and information and telecommunication device technologies. The agreement will provides comprehensive, full-scale collaboration at an organizational level, and help maintain and further develop our amicable relations and promote our research activities, notably creative activities, as well as develop HR to ensure excellent R&D performance.
